You might want to think about that for a moment. About 1/2 of the adult population doesn’t participate. They won’t spend the 20 minutes to show up. So its more like one half of one half are LIV.
Sooner or later the utility of a process is shown in the end results. Ends matter more than means. Has that practice of showing up to cast a ballot for one of two carefully selected uniparty candidates done us all that much good? If it has, I’m sure not seeing it.
