I wonder where the law stands if you shoot some moron spraying pepper spray in the midst of a tantrum.

Protesters upset with the judge, the system and the cops, so what do they do? They attack bystanders, they will soon start rioting and destroying and maiming innocents and their property.
I say shoot the rat-bastards.
What if an armed bystander has asthma? That can be a real danger in my opinion. Deadly force would seem appropriate. Or say a bystander was on the final few days of a recovery from eye surgery? Deadly force would be appropriate. What if the bystander has children in their company? An infant in their company, even?
Well it is DEFINITELY against the law to use pepper spray in such a situation, as for shooting the guy with the pepper spray, I would say fracturing his testicles with a well-placed kick is a far more reasonable alternative;)
