Massachusetts doesn't have the death penalty so Szarnaev will likely spend the rest of his life in prison despite the millions of dollars in taxpayer funded monies defending his expected appeals.

Nope..federal case...he gets to visit sunny Terre Haute Indiana where we do have the death penalty...both state and federal....he will die here.
