Why aren't conservative activists and conservative Republicans making the link between the black underclass and leftist poverty programs and ideology implemented in the 1960s?
Why aren't they pointing out that America's cities have been run by leftist Democrats for decades?
The Mayor of Baltimore is black. The police chief is black. The city council is majority black. Over half of the police force is black.
So why the outrage?
Why aren't they pointing out that generations of blacks on welfare, food stamps, fatherless homes, single mothers, and broken families are a culmination of leftist poverty programs and ideological though processes and propaganda in the 1960s?
Why aren't they pointing out that there are no jobs and that there are food deserts in the inner-cities of America because blacks have tore down their communities through being taught to hate America, to reject their Christian values, and to blame whites for their failures?
Why aren't they pointing out that white flight was the result of angry blacks being exploited by leftists, and that law-abiding whites simply wanted to leave to create better families for themselves?
These very white leftists who want to destroy rural and suburban middle-class and blue-collar whites and herd them into decrepit urban hell-holes would NEVER allow the black underclass to visit their high-rise condos and gated mansions.
Why aren't they pointing out that white leftists in the Democrat Party and media and black leftists in the so-called civil-rights organizations have created the black underclass, and are exploiting them so they can remain in power?
Prior to the 1960s, most black families were intact, Christian, and wholesome. Blacks went to church. They had family reunions. They have barbecues on the weekends and the guys play pick-up basketball games with their loved ones watching and cheering and holding their babies.
A quick story: I grew up in the central city. My friends had to be home when the "streetlights came on," neighbors looked after the kids, and told their parents if anything bad happened.
Kids were punished if they brought home Ds and Fs in school. This was in the early 1980s.
So what happened?
As soon as LBJ's War on Poverty cemented its hold on blacks, so too came an anti-America and victimhood attitude that has become the hallmark of blacks today. These attitudes and norms were taught by white elitists who's ultimate goal was to destroy the black families and communities.
What's happening today is simply a culmination of everything that leftists have created in the 1960s.
Again, where is the leadership from both the Republican Party and conservative activists?
In the fetal position, most likely.
All great points, as usual. The GOP is afraid of their own shadows.
Agree agree agree.
That has to come from black people.
It would certainly be nice if Presidential Candidate Ben Carson, or Senator Tim Scott, or Congresswoman Mia Love, or Congressman Will Hurd would step up and say something about the political lessons of this situation.
Hiding under their desks.
The Republican establishment is afraid to be called racist for saying the truth.
Listen, Republicans the minorities aren’t going to vote Republican no matter what. Do the right thing and millions of normal people will storm the polls to vote Republican.
It would be political suicide. But in reality saying nothing works. People see what’s happening, the faces of the perps, and actions of the race pimps.
Because none of that sells in meme centric talking point land. The sentences are too long, the concepts too complex, and the media will just re-edit it to sound racist.
Great questions, eee
Republican Leadership is an oxymoron.
So many people in the media hate Republicans that Republicans and conservatives shouldn't push themselves into the limelight at the moment when destructive riots are going on.
There will be time enough for analysis once the smoke clears and the streets are safer.
Are you kidding?
This is Maryland.
Worse, it’s Baltimore , Maryland.
There are no Republicans of any kind in Baltimore, much less conservative ones.
You answered your own question: the black.
Republicans, especially those planning to be around for some near-future election won’t touch this at all. They fear being smeared with a charge of racism. Recall how Hillary and McCain cowered from Obama in 2008?
Republicans are going to stand back and let someone else handle this. It may be the Mayor, the Governor.
The GOP is dead.
It is up to the decent people who live, work, and shop in these cities.
They should have their weapons at the ready, on roof tops, in stores, on the street.
Nah. After the hormone treatments I doubt Jenner will have much to donate. His balls will have shriveled up to the size of peas.
You are spot on...
A bunch of cracker politicians talking about the black community problems would fall on deaf ears...
They would be viewed as part of the problem, no matter how much of the solution they presented...
To be honest if I had a brain and education, I would get the hell out, go somewhere where I could be accepted and assimilate that is not ruled by far leftists, merge in with them, cut myself off from the hood forever and just praise god I am one of the lucky ones.
