Yes, the Republican US Senate majority just confirmed the racist, gun-grabbing Loretta Lynch.
Yes, Ted Cruz voted against cloture, then departed from the US Senate to attend another fundraiser.
Once again, a little perspective in the face of this setback.
More Republicans are voting against the leadership and paying attention to the will of the voters.
Forty-three senators voted against Lynch. Half that number had rejected Holder six years ago.

Ted Cruz’ address regarding this evil woman is a must watch. Soon, all of us will be faced with a simple choice: surrender to this lawless regime, with all that implies or heroic resistance no matter what the cost.

Problem with this viewpoint is that the clock is very, very close to running out. Fundamental transformation is all but a done deal as it is.

If you don’t include the Senators who voted for cloture (ending debate on the nomination) you are missing the point.
The Senate has confirmed the following totals of Obama judges as of 4/24/15: 309 federal judges confirmed, 111 unanimously, 38 by unanimous consent, 63 on a voice vote = 212 Obama judges unchallenged and 97 judges challenged
