In addition to being an alien extra-terrestrial, Thor is in the United States illegally, and is indeed an illegal alien. In the 2011 Marvel film, Thor arrived in New Mexico via the Bifröst rainbow bridge wormhole, circumventing well established border and immigration controls. He is entirely undocumented. Here are my thoughts on the matter as a veteran immigration attorney.

Yes he is, but what are you going to do about it if he refuses to leave?

Maybe they can call on a natural-born citizen, like Superman, to evict him . . . oh, wait.

If Thor landed in the UFO sanctuary zone near Roswell, it’s all good, no problem, nothing to see here...:-)

Can’t call Batman. His family were slave owners despite the fact that he tries to hide it.

He doesn’t have a visa, passport or birth certificate (he could be the president). He only stayed for a short visit. He does not: collect government handouts, traffic in drugs, insist on voting, insist on speaking Asgardian, but acts more like an ambassador from a jurisdiction that the US has not yet established diplomatic relations.

That is an impossibility. Because, you see, Thor...the god of thunder...owner of the hammer Mjolnir..Odin’s son, is a fictional character.

“Thor is in the United States illegally, and is indeed an illegal alien.”

Yes, but the U.S. Government knows about it, so I guess he’s gotten an “executive deferrment”.

The Marvel comic book Thor (as opposed to the Marvel movie Thor) is a natural born citizen (Dr. Donald Blake) who becomes Thor when he finds his hammer. Leave it to Hollywood to make him an illegal alien.

I’m a bit rusty of the bio’s of Marvel Comics superheros but doesn’t Thor have a mortal identity? If that’s the case now you’re dealing with two illegal aliens.
