The truth of God is veiled to those who are perishing. God will not excuse you to an eternal extinguishment, either.
So God is a “pestilence”, right?
To you, He is.
Those were your words, not mine.
I described your attitude well.
You have nothing to be afraid of. Come to Christ Jesus. God forgives you. No questions asked. It is a free gift.
Creepy yes, Christian, no.
All false religions believe in obtaining salvation, in this world or the next, by doing good works.
What makes the JWs different from "Christians" is that they do not believe that Jesus is Almighty God in the flesh. What makes them different from Muslims is that Allah had no son, therefore the JW God is not Allah.
Some "Christians" believe that they can earn their way to Heaven through good works.
True "Christians"Arre totally committed to following the Jesus of the Bible as God come in the flesh as son of God, Lord and Anointed King of all that exists; and that salvation is by grace alone through faith alone in Jesus alone apart from any good works other than those of Jesus, no matter how high the motivation; and that the path to holiness is by obeying and preserving unchanged, without any kind of embroidery, all the commands whatsoever Jesus has commited ro their care and keeping.
You bet! AND ... it’s unfortunate that those Jews don’t know the difference between a true Christian group versus a CULT GROUP.
In the USA the two largest “homegrown” cult groups are the Jehovah’s Witnesses and the Mormons. You can easily look up the differences from historic and true Christianity and these two “American” cult groups. Any Christian organization that specializes in documenting cult groups will give you this information.
Walter Martin and his “Kingdom of the Cults” ... a very good reference work ... is something to have in your library to quickly look up basic information about different religious groups!
He’s promoting a cult group ... so, it’s kind of like one cult group criticizing another cult group ... :-) ...
Want to convert someone?
Go to Syria, Sudan, Iran, Qatar, Saudi Arabia or Iraq - not Israel.
Calling all JW’s. LOL!
If it was good enough for John the Baptist and Christ Jesus, shouldn't it be good enough for the Jehovah's Witness.
