Don't be stupid. If I held you down and forced a ham sandwich into your throat, and you began choking and losing consciousness, has the ham sandwich not become a deadly weapon? This game can be played all day.

Look it up. A number of people have died as a result of being tasered. What do you think might happen to people who are already suffering from various physical problems (heart conditions, etc.)?
