i am reasonably certain that several people have choked to death from eating ham sandwiches. question for you: is a ham sandwich a lethal weapon? ham sandwiches are not designed to be lethal. however, your esteemed reasoning implies that ham sandwiches should be classified as lethal weapons because people have died choking from ingesting ham sandwiches. are you, or have you ever been, in LE?

Don't be stupid. If I held you down and forced a ham sandwich into your throat, and you began choking and losing consciousness, has the ham sandwich not become a deadly weapon? This game can be played all day.
