"Get a frigging warrant if it means so much to you. I'll wait here. Your boys can get the hell off my property until you show back up with it." ]
Build a high fence and use a gate that has to be opened, preferably an electric type gate with a remote when you leave to go to town/return.
And HIGH enough fences to keep peeking busybodies at bay too...
Abner, Abner, our neighbor is doing something....
IIRC, Bewitched?
True. But, if they want in, they’re coming in.
They’ll trump up obstruction charges, haul you in and look at anything they want.
Then, the DA will back them.
Did you see the video posted here a few weeks back? The guy has his camera out and filmed the regulator showing up with the sheriff. She walked right past his sign and protestations. The sheriff did nothing.
Well then time to sue the B@#tids.
Well, last year or the year before they raided the, I believe it was Amish or relatives to them, dairy farm[s]. Most either said to themselves or thought, what the hell, it is not my ox that is getting gored. Why the hell should it concern me? Well, now you know. And if nothing is done to stop them, there will be other raids. Where and when, I can’t say, but rest assured that they will be more.
ok, one more thing. Who is Stewie?
That’s all well and good. If you have more money to pay a lawyer than the DA does.
The DA has nothing to do with it. It’s about Police bluffing you about what your rights might be, frankly
They lie - often, especially when there are no witnesses around other than yourself. IMO, if they are FEDS, then you can be sure they’ll lie to you.
I don’t much like lawyers as it goes, but this is one case where I’d hold my nose and use one. And, I do have the contact information for one in my phone.
The cops are never your friend any longer. Their sole purpose for any visit, no matter how it is couched, is to gather evidence against you.
The DA has nothing to do with it.
They do if and when it ends up in court. The DA has a pot of gold (funded form your back pocket) to fund their harassment of citizens.
I just had a close friend that spent $3000 on a lawyer fighting cops who came into her house without a warrant. When she objected, they arrested her. They wrote a false report and claimed to have audio and video.
Her lawyer said it would take at least another $5000 to get the audio and video and fight in court. She was tapped out and was threatened with disapproval of her RN license renewal. She ended up pleaing out.
And the DA is just getting started.
The central socialist government screws with the Amish and other innocents while the millions of lice-infected scums of failed south-of-the-border tin horn nations (like MEXICO) stream over our borders to bring pleasure to our now pitiful nation.
My advice was call the lawyer right when they are there. Did your friend do this?
Look at it this way. The police lied and were willing to either fabricate or falsify evidence. It isn’t a guarantee, but a lawyer from the very onset might have made them think twice.
You can’t just ‘give up’ because you think a DA can out lawyer you, or the police can do any damn thing they want. You might as well just turn over everything you have right now.
Stewart Rhodes, a lawyer out of DC who is cashing in on the patriot movement.
Watch for him (and others) to cash out and move on to the next scam opportunity after the general election next year.
