Consider taking 250-500 MG of Cephalexin a day. You can buy it here cheaply and without a prescription. I have bought from this company, probably 50 times. They're prompt and trust worthy.

I have a Lyme Disease diagnosis too but don't believe I have it. Tests could not find any Borrelia burgdorferi bacteria. I have arthritis 'issues' from time to time and taking Cephalexin for a spell helps.

Thank you blam for the information on turmeric. I have just started taking the supplement. I got the Natures Way brand at Hi-Health.

Wow. I am surprised at that. I thought the body would convert sufficient vitamin d if you got plenty of sun on your skin.

Your cholesterol level could be too low. Cholesterol is the raw material the body utilizes, in conjunction with exposure to sunlight, to produce D3.
