Yoga oppresses innocent park visitors by stealing their picnic baskets.
Funny. I work with a gal who was born and raised in India and is Hindu, although she doesnt seem particularly religious.
She has some lower back issues and decided to take after work yoga classes held at a local church along with a couple of her Christian co-worker friends. I very much doubt this yoga class was part of her or her co-workers a spiritual and meditative practice but just something to improve core strength and flexibility.
Shes also our benefits manager and developed our Wellness program. One of the things she did in that program was start a walking for wellness contest and bring in a massage therapist quarterly to do 15 chair massages with the cost subsidized by the company. She also tried to expand our gym membership reimbursement program to include things like yoga and Zumba classes and other classes related to developing physical fitness like golf lessons (yea, and golf BTW is a plundering of Scottish culture doncha know. If you aint a Scot, get off the golf course. / s). Management didnt approve the expansion due to the costs but it was IMO, a good idea.
I knew that Christians criticized yoga, but wasn’t aware it was only fundamentalist members of the baptist denomination.
Are you sure that it is only Baptists, and only the ones who are fundamentalists?
I agree. This is hilarious!
White people are practically savages, he continues, abusing other cultures for their own gain.
And non-whites have plundered scientific rationalism and Marxism from the white west for decades. What . . . Origin of Species was written by an "indigenous" person???
Yoga Bear is a really nice guy so lay off, Mr. Offended.
And Yogi Berra says “Yoga is good for your mind and health. It comes in many flavors. I prefer Blueberry Yoga myself”.
And Yogurt in “Spaceballs” is a loveable furball so lay off SciFi.
Unless it’s a chili dog, a hot dog needs and deserves ketchup.
If you don’t like ketchup where it belongs, maybe your taste buds need a tune-up
I have never put ketchup or any other tomato product on my hot dogs.
Spicy mustard and relish always and occasionally onion.
.
Its not likely that he notices any such hypocrisy.
People like this aren’t good at questioning their delusions.
I prefer yellow mustard on hot dogs, but spicy is more than acceptable. Never cared much for relish, much prefer pickles.
Onions go on everything but ice cream and watermelon.
But, hey, there’s no accounting for taste. Eat what tastes good to you is my motto.
Chocolate cake?....lemon meringue pie?
Well, all that won’t fit on a bumper sticker. The point is, onions don’t do particularly well with sweets.
Although, There are exceptions, and the Japanese seem fond of really weird taste combinations, so who knows?
I still like ketchup.
I probably wouldn’t add ketchup to a dog that contained tomato wedges and sports peppers, either. Not to mention that radioactive looking relish. I don’t put it on chili dogs (my favorite permutation), either.
For some strange (I admit it) reason, I like it if kraut is one of the condiments. Go figure.
Well its UNC so what can you say............
No, course not. Just those are the ones I personally knew.
That isn’t how you wrote it, you were talking about all of us and fundamentalist Baptists.
