Moses Rifkin of University Prep in Seattle has decided that his Physics students do not know enough about white privilege.
Mr. Rifkin’s lesson will ask students to look at African American scientists of the past. The assignment asks the question, “Why, percentage-wise, are there dramatically fewer black physicists than black Americans? Is it because black students are not interested in physics? Not capable? Something else?”
Oddly, Rifkin’s curriculum specifically bans studying any other minorities but African Americans.
“We do this,” the lesson explains, “because it’s a particularly illustrative example; we aren’t going to directly address other scientific minorities, and there are many: women, other races, the economically disadvantaged, the physically disabled, etc.”

Maybe, because they can't dumb down medical school tests/training like they do with local fire dept. entrance exams to force feed diversity?

It might have something to do with:
1. Blacks have lower IQ's than Asians and Whites.
2. Too many blacks think that it is too white to study.
3. There are too few blacks that know who their father is, let alone to have a father to encourage them to study.
Physicist.
Physicists generally start out by being math prodigies while very young. Not many black kids can survive the ‘acting white’ hostility long enough to stay with advanced mathematics.
The idea that anyone is preventing anyone else from pursuing science, may have some appeal to the paranoid. The idea that any definable group is likely to have equal aptitudes for any particular discipline with any other identifiable group, defies the observations of Mankind. No one ever sat in a class-room with his or her equal on either side, unless an identical twin or triplet.
This "teacher" is more interested in instilling hate than understanding; more interested in promoting blame & envy than actually teaching physics.

Of course he can’t talk about Asian scientists, probably too many of them to mention. And that would throw his worthless thesis out the window.

The basis of the creation of the concept of “White Privilege” has the same roots as anti-Semitism.
It is the observation of outside groups that the group in question (Jews or “whites”) tend to prosper.
It is never attributed to cultural values, which is the actual root of the prosperity,
because the outside group rejects the values of the group in question.
Maybe he can include “black privilege” in sports, on tv, in crime reporting, in looting, rioting etc?
That he gets away with this is a lesson in black entitlement.

The answer is that anything less than 100% of blacks being physicists automatically means that "percentage-wise" there are fewer black physicists than black Americans. And, since there are literally thousands of fields of endeavor, it stands to reason that percentage-wise, there are dramatically fewer black physicists than black Americans.
This idiot does not even know how to properly formulate the question he wants answered.
Physics of black and white:
Black absorbs light and heat.
White reflects both.
A blackbody absorbs all incident radiation.
Applies to outer space, motorcycle exhausts, and probably global warming.
