Soon the interview ended and Glen stated that was an interview from 6 years ago. Walker's message was on target back then... and I have little doubt that his values have changed.
If the GOPe LOSERS go with Bush they will lose. I have liked Ted Cruz... but I feel Walker is ELECTABLE. Jeb certainly is NOT.
The same as most of the candidates at this point.Worthless.
Still the Walker love fest going on. Rush has been gushing about him for days. He’s starting to sound alittle gay. Walker is GOPe. He is a moderate governor from a moderate state. Nothing more Nothing less.
Eyeing 2016, Walker adds veteran operatives to political team...
Kirsten Kukowski, deputy communications director/press secretary for the Republican National Committee, will serve as communications director for Walker’s “Our American Revival” and several members of the Tarrance Group will conduct polling and provide strategic political advice to the governor......
....Ed Goeas, president and CEO of Tarrance, will serve as a senior adviser, while partner Brian Tringali and senior vice president B.J. Martino will oversee polling. Tringali and Martino have worked for Walker in his previous gubernatorial campaigns.
In addition, Mark Stephenson, who worked on Joni Ernst’s successful Iowa Senate campaign among others, has signed on as Walker’s chief data officer.
The hiring of the new political personnel is the latest sign that Walker is more than just exploring a run for the White House. Already, the Wisconsin governor had hired Rick Wiley as executive director, Matt Mason as political director and David Polyansky as senior Iowa adviser for the committee.

True. You know what's really funny? All of these FReepers burbling on about how they don't like Scott Walker? He's *already* done more for this country and for conservative then ALL of them put together.
Guess you missed Ted Baxter last night, Karl Rove had nothing nice to say about Jeb.
Maybe he is reading my post, and all freeper's that are calling him out a bit.
He stayed inactive in 08' and 12' and we got stuck with RINO's and our @$$es handed to us.
Look I get it, he is all about confiscatory advertising rates. However it hasn't done the country a bit of flippin' good.
The closest he ever came to an endorsement during the primary process was in 1996' when he said "I really like Steve Forbes".
Perhaps a bit of guilt going on here? I don't know, the only other hat tip he gave us was in 06' he said I am not carrying their water anymore, perhaps he realized the E-GOP isn't our friend.
But by this move, he has given a conservative enough wind in his sails to hopefully wake up the E-GOP that we aren't gonna take it again, no more RINO's, and perhaps Jeb and Christie can't catch him. If he truly did this with some intent, I think we will owe him a debt of gratitude.
2 big pieces of data in the last couple of days. One on ticket splitting in 4 states where Conservatives voted for House and Senate candidates and didn't pull the lever for Romney and cost him an average of 55,000 votes in these States. And then Tom Tancredo's article in WND on the pending Divorce with the E-GOP as we leave them if they don't get their proverbial bleep together.
http://www.wnd.com/2015/01/gop-and-tea-party-heading-for-divorce/
FWIW, I think the E-GOP knows they are in deep doo-doo with us, and are trying to bamboozle us again or control it.
Ain't gonna happen IMHO.
Either we get a Conservative ( see my tag line ) this time around or they go the way of the WIG's with the Divorce and it is scaring them ****less....
Just my 2 cents...
Walker is the real deal. Won as Conservative at the County level in 80% Dem county. Won at the state level in a Democrat state even after savaging the left’s union’s. It’s very hard to compare him to anyone in modern politics.
Uh hunh. How much executive experience do you have? How many unions have you broken? How many budgets have you balanced?
Yeah, that's what I thought. Buzz off, retard.
No I’m not a retard. Just an informed Wisconsin resident. He has softened on gay marriage. Supports dreamers and then there’s this:
Its all is about the 11 million [undocumented immigrants], Walker said. You hear some people talk about border security and a wall and all that. To me, I dont know that you need any of that if you had a better, saner way to let people into the country in the first place.
Walker added: If people want to come here and work hard in this country, I dont care if you come from Mexico or Canada or Ireland or Germany or South Africa or anywhere else. I want them
NO border security!! Seriously. And all you can do is name call.
How about, for example, because of:
Scott Walkers Sterling Record of Limited Government
Planned Parenthood Abortion Biz Trashes Pro-Life Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker
That’s fine stuff, but you can’t win an election against the GOPe and the Dems on bullet points alone.
I just think Walker is not going to have the savy to combat two opponents on a national scale, and think people are getting too far ahead of themselves just because of one speech.
I live in WI and have voted for Walker many times. Each time over the years you get the impression he’s going to be in over his head on something politically, and yet he always succeeds. I’ve learned not to doubt him.
He doesn’t have crazy-ass orator charisma such that people who are drawn to Cruz like. However, Walker does talk like Reagan or from what my father told me like Truman. He keeps his message simple and talks direct to the people.
If you saw his interview (or inquisition) by Martha Raddatz, you know what I’m talking about. He never gets flustered or starts into Fox/MSNBC panelist style warfare. And I think that calmness and common sense win people over.
Heck, I've heard that from some Cruz supporters here.
Another victory for Walker:
and, let me add that since I cannot find a candidate that agrees with me on 100% of all issues, including favorite color, favorite ice cream flavor, and names of pets ...... then I'm going to stay home and not vote at all. TAKE THAT, GOP(e)! Nyahhhhh!!!!
/more from typical FReeper.....
Ok, ill admit I might have missed what people are seeing, so I’ll go look again.
#onlinepollsareneverwrong
I will not vote for Scott Walker.
