Jeb Bush Sets 60 Fundraisers in Push to Freeze Out Foes 3 Jan 2015 By Jennifer G. Hickey

The 2012 presidential campaign broke nearly ever campaign finance record and the 2016 campaign likely will eclipse those figures, which is one reason why former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush is preparing to set off on a 60-event fundraising tour in hopes of reaching a first-quarter fundraising goal of $100 million, reports Bloomberg News.

During a series of meetings held in Washington, D.C., on Tuesday and Wednesday, those interested in supporting Bush were asked to raise various amounts of money — $50,000, $100,000, $250,000 or $500,000 in advance of a return visit in February, a source told Bloomberg.

Southern states are requesting that the RNC allow them to hold their primaries in early March.

Many of them are currently scheduled for May or June. By then, the nominee will probably have already been determined weeks earlier, as in 2008 and 2012.

Laura Ingraham today spouting the “you have to vote for the republican” crap again

Both Rush L and Mark L seem to think the GOP is hopelessly in with Obama and his radical changes. Both, however, are still advocating for Republicans.

More of the same: Voting for the same and expecting a different result.

Recall that McConnell increased the amount of donations from rich donors significanly in the recent budget bill.

If/When it passes, they will not need the general little people for funding. All they will need the little people for is votes — and they are rpobably secretly trying to find ways to eventually get around public voting.

Texas has never been able to vote for a POTUS candidate in the primary. The decision has been made for months before we get a vote.

Think that’s by ‘mistake’ or ‘accident’?

Better be careful. Some folks don’t like it when you say something bad about Rush.

Yep.

Cruz - Walker, Walker - Cruz either way.

Everybody has their favorite and that list is long.

But everybody would agree on Cruz - Walker if they can't get their favorite.

That list is short and very well defined.

Agree, door to door. And tell them to vote for Cruz but never for Bush. Destroy Bush that way.
