Bill Ayers is a top commie educrat. Professor of Education and proud of the destruction of our US public school system. He has been a prime force in Common Core implementation and just happens to be one of Bathhouse's best buds.
How did they do it? They tested everything in the inner city schools first where the parents were less likely to kick up a fuss and then built Common Core from all the knowledge they acquired over the last 30-40 years.
