A man who video recorded Denver police repeatedly punching a man in the face, causing his head to bounce off the pavement, before tripping his pregnant wife and causing her to fall on her face sparking an FBI investigation into the department was arrested Thursday in what appears to be a case of retaliation.
After all, Denver police not only arrested him on what they called a newly activated traffic warrant from a nearby county after he had just left the FBI office with whom he is cooperating on the federal investigation, they refused to allow him to bond out of jail, even though the warrant was regarding a measly missed court date over failure to provide proof of insurance and registration during a traffic stop a few months ago.
Denver police are obviously upset that upset Levi Frasier managed to recover the footage from his Samsung tablet after they had deleted it, which led to them being investigated by the feds.

And this is just one we hear about. How many more were never recovered clips, or never recorded at all?
Ooh. Stupid cops. This is gonna cost ‘em.
Did the cops all make it home safely?
That’s all that matters.
Cops gonna see what jail looks like from the other side if the bars.
All these cops must have attended the Fullerton, CA police academy. Fullerton was where five cops beat to death a homeless guy while the guy was calling for his dad and G-d for help. Cops found not guilty.
Photography is to the police as the internet is to the mainstream media. It’s only a matter of time until the piles and piles of lies, deception and corruption accumulated through the decades, are trashed.
this is just going to make the law suit settlement even larger. Thuggish little tin god cops are usually on the lower end of the stupid scale.
My favorite part was the “expert” trying to justify the assault on the obviously pregnant woman.
Officer Safety strikes again.

I really hope you are correct but I have my doubts. When the police chiefs stand behind the bad cops instead of getting rid of them it is unlikely anything will change except that taxpayers will have the burden through their taxes of paying off the wronged.
I’m always amazed at the patience of the people abused by the cops.
Expecting the media to clear things up for them....
The pregnant woman put her baby and herself in jeopardy by not keeping her distance. The cop was wrong for punching the guy in the face and she was wrong for getting in the middle of it. She’s lucky the out of control cop didn’t punch her in the stomach or face.
Bump for later tally of JBT supporters
Not going to take sides here, but note that “Photography Is Not A Crime” is an activist group with an axe to grind. Don’t assume that all the facts of the situation are exactly as is claimed here.
Again, not saying that they aren’t correct, but some independent verification would be nice to have.
LOL!
You just took sides by attacking the messenger.
Then you said, “Dont assume that all the facts of the situation are exactly as is claimed here.”
Then, at the very same time, you then do what you say don’t do. You would make a great politician. LOL!
Did you even bother watching the video on post #2 before you commented?
Carlos Miller started PINAC because he got abused by law enforcement for videotaping. Its not just him. You can spend days, weeks, months browsing YouTube looking at videos such as this.
The cops have been abusing blacks and Hispanics for a long time. But now that they have started abusing whites, the whites are starting to get worried and bothered.
Cops have always abused whites as well, you are wrong to think abusing whites is some new change.
Not attacking the messenger. Just pointing out that the messenger has an agenda - and that independent verification from a party without a vested interest is generally preferable.
I’ve been burned way too many times by a one-sided press release or article to trust them. From anyone.
Everything in this piece might be 100% true, I’m fully open to that. I don’t even particularly doubt it. But you’d think that in the aftermath of the Rolling Stone debacle that a certain amount skepticism and a call for corroboration would be more welcome.
Pointing out that the messenger has an agenda is attacking the messenger.
The good news is the FBI is now investigating this.
