Why?

When you have a perfectly good POTUS candidate in Ted Cruz would you want to try and crowd the field and give the Chamber of Commerce pretend Republican candidates more of an opportunity to win?

We need to coalesce around ONE conservative candidate and let the moderates and those willing to settle for 2nd, 3rd, and 4th best split THIER votes this time.

I agree, he would be good for the country. But I believe Sessions, like certain other outspoken members of Congress, would refuse to play the game of diplomacy while campaigning. He may be hindered by his honesty with voters not ready to deal with the facts.

Jeff Sessions is one of my first choices. He is tied with Ted Cruz. His experience and committed conservative leadership is why I have him first. Cruz is also first due to committed conservative leadership. Flip flop them P/VP and I’ll be fine whichever way it turns out.

Just don’t throw Romney/Christie at me. I don’t have my puke bucket handy.

Is it me, or is Sessions the guy we've been missing in the White House?

It's you. Session is a good Senator and reasonably conservative but I don't see anything that would recommend him over a Cruz or Walker.

So here we are a year before the campaign starts, and arguing that Jeff Sessions or Ted Cruz aren't conservative enough.

This takes circular gunnery to a new high (or low). I weep for this forum, really I do.

Better research how he not only approved Holder as AG but went out of his way to praise him.

Leave him in the Senate.
