You did not understand what I wrote. Not at all.

All civil measures attempted to stop the tyranny of the Crown upon the Colonies were moot. Every attempt only INCREASED the tyranny being imposed.

Our liberty REQUIRED arms and UNCIVIL measures to defeat an entrenched tyrant and his Parliament.

Likewise, civil measures attempted to restrain this Emperor and the Oligarchy in D.C. will only exacerbate further injury.

A lawless regime that has decreed itself to be a law unto itself is NEVER going to suddenly bow to ‘laws’ enacted by the people that it disagrees with or sees itself above.

It is going to take the threat of force and the actual use of force to stop the tyranny now entrenching itself into permanent power over us.

We’re sealing our own fate hanging our hopes on a fantasy that somehow tyrants are going to bow to the will of the people and the rule of law.

Brilliantly stated. You see the cold hard reality we face.

The difference is the “uncivil measures” we need to take (state nullification of unconstitutional federal acts) are actually legitimate and constitutional. The regime we are fighting is summarily unconstitutional and illegitimate.

Then, natural law, not civil law, was on the side of our Founders. Now, we have BOTH natural law AND civil law (the Supremacy Clause and the Tenth Amendment of the Constitution) on our side.
