Republican bulldog Rep. Trey Gowdy put the kibosh on the idea of impeaching President Obama during a nationally television Fox News interview, telling his broadcast audience that booting the commander-in-chief from his office would open the doors to something even worse —the ascension of Vice President Joseph R. Biden.
The Biden-is-insurance joke has been around since 2008, and people saw it as less of a joke back then than they do now, I think. It really does seem like the only way Obama could become more unhinged is if Democrats still controlled both houses of Congress.
I'm not sure if Gowdy was trying to be funny or serious. Honestly I think we are getting to the point where Biden is probably preferable to Obama.
I guess the million-dollar question is: At what point does stupid buffoon become a better bet than treasonous tyrant? Make no mistake, O's kool-aid drinkers can spin his executive order on immigration as flexing his leadership muscle, but that's not what it is and impeachment may be the only remedy now.

The message to Boehner and McCon should be:
Impeach, Indict or get off the pot.
Impeach. Remove. Rinse. Repeat.
We were at the point of Joe Biden being “preferable” over the Current Occupant in about March 2008. But it was too late then to steer back on an acceptable course.
He’s not a complete idiot. His proposal of breaking Iraq up into three separate countries was a good one.

Get rid of them both—BUT I could live with a political hack like Biden rather than a confirmed elitist Progressive/Communist like Obama. I could live with Biden—not so much with Obama. Trey will be a great president like Reagan or Lincoln when his time comes.

I’m very perplexed on why people think Biden would be worse. He’s a bona fide moron, but I don’t think he’s an evil SOB that wants to destroy the country. At the end of the day, he may be just as corrupt as the rest of them, but it is irrefutable that he was born in Pennsylvania. As for the guy in the Oval office, there still isn’t any solid proof what planet he came from.
I think that goes with something that Limbaugh said last week, when it came to passing laws, etc, for the next two years. Attach to each bill, a letter and the research showing unanimous public support for each when it’s sent to the WH. Make a big spectacle that the majority of the American people DO NOT want amnesty, o’care, etc etc etc etc and then force him to give us all the finger. Which I don’t think he has any problem doing, unfortunately.
And when he’s done, he can go down in history as the worst president ever and become a hermit in whatever country is willing to take him.
If Vice President Biden can’t fulfill the office, guess who is next in line?
The problem with this opinion is this: VP Biden is not quite there most of the time. I don’t mean he’s senile or anything like that .. but he likes to spill the beans from confidential meetings with the President and others.
That is just one of the dangers. The other one is how he talks to others in foreign govts. Now, his opinion may be correct .. but it’s not very diplomatic or sensible to go around calling other world leaders by kooky names. Obama calling Netanyahu names was bad enough .. but Biden will be worse.
And .. the final reason not to hire Biden is: The people who will surround him are as corrupt as Obama .. so nothing will be accomplished by getting rid of Obama.
Believe me .. if it would benefit the country, I’d be happy to see Obama gone .. but this Congress is so ready and equipped to totally destroy anything Obama wants to do, I don’t see why they don’t just do it .. and damn the elections.
THE COUNTRY IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN YOUR STUPID ELECTION.
Biden is preferable because he really is as incompetent as Obama is supposed to be.
