According to BarackObama.com, President Obama's official website, Jon Gruber "helped write Obamacare."
The post was written in 2012 and was about specific quotes from President Obama trying to tie Mitt Romney to ObamaCare by saying that "RomneyCare" was the model for the Affordable Care Act.
In an act to hide the connection to Barack Obama after Gruber's quotes about the "stupidity of American voters" went viral, the article has been taken down by Organizing for Action. However, it was online as recently as August of this year, and a cached version still exists that clearly shows its original content.
Here is the quote, in which the site specifically names Jon Gruber as one of the Affordable Care Act's authors:

Gruber was the media darling of the MSM and by being so, he’s left a trail of HUGE crumbs.

I was thinking of Watergate this week too. It became a crisis and there was fear for the future of the republic.
It all seems so petty and silly in comparison to the unrelenting attacks on our nation in the last six years by this president and his party.
He and his party have successfully intimidated the Republicans and the nation. He has made otherwise reasonable people cower in corners. People in leadership whisper and worry and sense they dare not speak up against this fundamental transformation too loudly or too clearly.
Because he is black.
Good find. One more piece of evidence to prove that Obama was in on all the lies.
