Update: Angus King (I - Maine) has basically just said he will caucus with GOP

and caucus with whomsoever wins, but as long as he vote with us I guess
Yes, the vote is the most important thing since the GOP has outright control. Manchin’s vote will be nice as well and it will be in his best interest to vote with the GOP, esp. on energy policy, or else he’ll pay for it.
