TILLIS TO DEFEAT KAY HAGAN
Pundit Press ^ | 11/4/14 | Aurelius

Posted on 11/04/2014 8:15:30 PM PST by therightliveswithus

Despite the New York Time's prediction that Tillis will lose, Pundit Press projects that Thom Tillis will be the next Senator of North Carolina!

Thom Tillis

With 94% of the vote in, Tillis holds a 48,000 vote lead over Hagan. Hagan's problem is that Wake County and Cumberland County, two heavily populated and heavily pro-Hagan counties, are 100% in.

Hagan simply cannot make up that margin.

On top of that, pro-Tillis counties, such as Cleveland and Davidson are under-reporting thus far.

Hagan may gain a few votes, but Tillis should win by 20,000 votes or more.

They’ll find enough votes so the Democrat wins.

With 96% of precincts reporting statewide, Tillis is up by 50,000 votes. If there’s an equal distribution of votes among the remaining precincts, Hagan has to get nearly 73% of what’s left to count just to tie. Ain’t gonna happen.

Congrats Senator Tillis!

Just re-ran my numbers - should be about 84,000 votes left to go, and Tillis still leading by 50,000. That means Hagan needs 80% of these to win.

Could it be that Republicans are finally learning to hold their votes till all the Dem districts are in? Texas Republicans learned this many years ago and started winning. They have practically killed the Democrat Party in Texas tonight. Only a few Blacks and Hispanics have survived to represent their minority reservations....and Lloyd Doggett, who continues to represent the Democrat hippie museum that is Austin.

I think the local elections are crucial to the 2016 race for prez because money follows incumbents and we need more incumbents.

What is wrong with you.

The race is over.

Do you have any idea how many folks live in NC?

If Charlotte and Raleigh/Durham are done then its over.
