The other things you have to forget is why they're still walking through zombie-filled forests like idiots with no apparent map or compass, and when they do find an abandoned vehicle they choose old school buses or a pathetic 'cash-for-klunkers' Hyundai Elantra egg-wagon shitbox to drive around in until the tank runs dry when in Season 1 and 2 they're passing up abandoned National Guard HMMWVs that run on diesel and Stryker AFV 8x8s that have 25mm Bushmaster autocannons and are absolutely impervious to zombies and the human cannibals. Just ridiculous. First indication to the 'The Hunters' cannibals at Terminus to make our presence known would have been us outside their gate in an M1A1 Abrams telling them we'll drop a few FGM-148 Javelin missiles on their asses if they don't come out with their hands up.
Rick and his crew could already have a whole column of LAV-25s/Strykers and HEMTT fuelers carrying enormous amounts of diesel fuel by now, yet Rick keeps aimlessly leading his band through the woods without a map. Just walking down the railroad line like hobos who missed sneaking aboard a boxcar on the Old '97... Maybe one day they'll end up in Memphis or St. Joe -- wherever the four winds blow.
