Despite some pro-Michael Brown witnesses stating that at no point did Brown and officer Darren Wilson struggle in Wilson's police car, new forensics show that Brown's blood was in the car, on Wilson's gun, and on Wilson's person.
According to a witness put forward by the NAACP, the witness “did not see Michael Brown struggling with the police officer inside his car at any point. They did witness the incident from the time it started from the time of the initial stop by the police car.”
This is categorically false.
The forensics irrefutably show Brown's blood splattered on the car, the gun, and Wilson. It is now also being reported that Brown was shot at twice during the struggle in the car: he was hit once in the arm, and the second shot missed.
Not only this, but Wilson himself has released a statement saying he was fearful of Brown as Brown was "punching" him repeatedly in the face. More than that, Brown also attempted to reach for Wilson's gun in an attempt to shoot him.

I am saddened to see a photo of Darren Wilson at the link. I haven’t seen one so far, and was grateful because it gave me hope that none of the fact-eschewing racist mob that want to get him had seen one either.

the NYT is carrying as story with the same blood forensics..oddly enough.
The forensics tests showed Mr. Brown’s blood on the gun, as well as on the interior door panel and on Officer Wilson’s uniform. Officer Wilson told the authorities that Mr. Brown had punched and scratched him repeatedly, leaving swelling on his face and cuts on his neck.

I don’t know how you’ve managed to avoid that photo but its been widely displayed in the media and they already have wanted posters made from it.
The photo was taken when he was receiving some sort of award.
So far we know that he was leaving the scene of a video taped strong armed robbery of a convenience store, and that he was shot at twice and hit once, while attacking a cop sitting inside his own car, through the open window.
That is a heck of a lot of violence during 15 minutes, for a gentle giant.
That photo of Officer Darren Wilson has been on the web since just after the incident. He received an award from the Town Council that night for his police work.
