The administration at the Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital is scrambling, as is the CDC. Both look inept because of the failure of the protocols used.

The Hospital, because they had no procedures in place; the CDC, because the insisted that all major hospitals were ready two months ago, and then because they did not check the Hospital's procedures, even after they were on the scene during Duncan's treatment!
