Interesting. That means that 8,045 more voted than are in the precinct.

Did they think that no one would notice?

That is pretty bold. It looks like a small group of organizers got busy a few days before the election, because it is really hard to illegally mark ballots the day of the vote.

It helps if you get all your buddies on board to mark ballots ahead of time.

And it helps if you make sure no one of the opposing party is working the polls that day.

And it helps if somehow you can intimidate the poll watchers or make it so they don't see any of your work.

And it really helps when you are found out that you have someone in authority who can throw off any legal action that just might come your way.
