For two feverish days Jerry Corsi sent his associate and this woman stayed in the lobby of the CDC (in Atlanta) for eight hours a day for two days trying to get the answer to this question. On the third day it was about two and a half hours before the press conference was going to go at that point in time the 9 code at issue was NOT going to be in it. As fate would have it, Attorney Larry Klayman happened to be in Phoenix so he stopped in, wanted to say "Hello" to the Sherrif. Larry Klayman, Larry Klayman's associate, Sherrif Arpaio, myself and Jerry Corsi were all in the conference room when the phone rang from the woman from the CDC, and I have her information who she is and she's NOT a clerk. She's a highly educated individual. Jerry put her on speakerphone. I remember Jerry with his fingers crossed. She confirmed for us that what we were saying and requesting...what the number "9" meant...was in fact what it was! He asked he to repeat it. "Are you saying this "9" in this box yadda yadda yadda means that?" and she said "Yes" and with that verification we put the 9 code back in the press conference.

Zullo makes an important, long overdue new revelation regarding the “9 code” slide that was used at the presentation two years ago in an interview with Mark Gillar that is up now on BirtherReport.
I have done a quick transcription as best I could taking advantage of my new medication, which seems to be working!
The bottom line is that a responsible authority at the CDC in Atlanta confirmed to Arpaio, Corsi and Klayman over the speakerphone at the last minute before the conference (Klayman was there only by coincidence) that the 1968 9 code meant exactly the same thing as the 1961 9 code, so the presentation Gillar had prepared which actually had REMOVED the 9 code because they knew it had a 1968 image was allowed to go ahead with the 1968 image using the 1968 9 code image re-inserted...knowing that the Atlanta CDC official had just CONFIRMED that in substance it was correct.
Due to my neuro condition I am having a bit of a migraine, but I am sure an eligibility activist will retrieve the thread regarding the 9-code and cross-post it here soon...or I will after my next nap!

The Birth Certificate became a dead issue the day in January 2009 that the House confirmed the 2008 presidential vote for Barack Obama.
Had the issue ever reached the SC, Roberts, based on his Obamacare explanation, would have sided with the status quo — ‘this what you voted for, so live with it’.
The article links to a YouTube video that is a press conference from 2012. In that press conference, it looks like there was some kind of code “9” used on the birth certificate that indicated that BHO’s father’s race was “not stated” by the applicant (the person filling out the form), but when you look at the box that has father’s race, that box says “African”. But “African” was not used on these forms until the 1980’s, so it appears that the document conflicts with itself.
That’s all I’ve got so far.
IIRC, the “coding” is a reference to handwritten notes on birth record transcription from state records to national summaries. If assigned a “9”, Obama was NOT born in the US. Something like that.
Has to be the code for race in one of the boxes on the forged birth certificate.
