For two feverish days Jerry Corsi sent his associate and this woman stayed in the lobby of the CDC (in Atlanta) for eight hours a day for two days trying to get the answer to this question. On the third day it was about two and a half hours before the press conference was going to go at that point in time the 9 code at issue was NOT going to be in it. As fate would have it, Attorney Larry Klayman happened to be in Phoenix so he stopped in, wanted to say "Hello" to the Sherrif. Larry Klayman, Larry Klayman's associate, Sherrif Arpaio, myself and Jerry Corsi were all in the conference room when the phone rang from the woman from the CDC, and I have her information who she is and she's NOT a clerk. She's a highly educated individual. Jerry put her on speakerphone. I remember Jerry with his fingers crossed. She confirmed for us that what we were saying and requesting...what the number "9" meant...was in fact what it was! He asked he to repeat it. "Are you saying this "9" in this box yadda yadda yadda means that?" and she said "Yes" and with that verification we put the 9 code back in the press conference.

“9” is a code number for race but I don’t know anymore than that. The Nordyke girls are a “1”.
It is difficult to keep up here with the conflicting definitions of natural born citizen. It would seem that the USSC would be the one to define those terms and refused to do so in rejecting the various cases.
If the president committed fraud in his birth certificate, social security #, or school applications, or otherwise claimed to be a citizen of another country, that issue is unresolved and history demands a truthful conclusion in that matter; irrespective of how tired people are of the issue.

When every other question is “What is Code 9”? And the article is all about code 9, then you’ve failed.
Thanks. I think this was the handwritten numbers which “coded” the BC. There were many posts on this. I am waiting for someone to post so we could compare. Birther Report doesn’t bother to explain and thus has little credibility.
I’d like to know what the “9” stands for too but I haven’t time to listed to an hour long press conference on youtube.

The Constitution - not Congress - determines eligibility. The Constitution is the supreme law, questions of law are decided judicially.

There was no verifiable definition for the Race code number 9 that people investigating the birth certificate could find for 1961. The definitions were all from later years so Zullo was leaving that definition out if his report. But now that the CDC has verified that the code meant the same thing in 61 as what we had documented in 68 was the same definition then Zullo can use the code that appears on the BC. It’s just another piece to the BC puzzle but it does remove all arguments that were in place over that code.
