Talk about a team that didn’t read the sports page and know they would probably go hime two down.
I can’t imagine what Kaufmann Stadium is going to be like for this next game. Probably like Game Seven in 85 — the fans will BELIEVE.

While the Giants look to have the Cards number, it would be amazing to have a repeat of the 85 I-70 ShowMe World Series.
The Royals aren’t past the Orange Birds yet, but I can’t help but speculate. The Giants will probably get the Cards as they are the stronger team I believe.

The Royals aren’t past the Orange Birds yet, but I can’t help but speculate.
No they aren't past the Orioles yet but you have to like their chances. Baltimore lost two games in Camden Yards. Now they're going to KC where the where the power alleys are about 20 feet longer and the outfield is larger. Royals are a team built on speed and defense and they're on a roll. I've been predicting the Royals in six. Now I'm thinking they won't be going back to Baltimore this year. Royals in five.

5 games now without a day off.
Means a 5-man rotation.
A stress on the bullpen, especially the top relievers.
My initial thought is that it favors the O’s.
The Sox came back from 3-0 in 2004, partly due to a rainout that took Mariano off the every game routine

I was 5 when they won it last time. I admit that I never thought I'd see the like again. Un believable.
Oh, and one thing you can be sure of. If when the Royals win it all there won't be any burning cars or looting in Westport.
