Alton Nolen, the man who beheaded a co-worker in Oklahoma, was an evangelizing Muslim, had the phrase, "As-Salaamu Ataikum" tattooed on his body, and had a lengthy arrest and conviction record.
Sgt. Jeremy Lewis of the Moore Police Department stated, "After conducting interviews with co-workers of Nolen's, information was obtained that he recently started trying to convert some of his coworkers to the Muslim religion."
...Nolen also has a lengthy arrest record. Some of his worst offenses were recently suspended.
According to Oklahoma State's "Offender Lookup," Nolen was arrested for a number of felonies, including assault and battery, possession and planning to distribute cocaine, and trying to escape from prison.
...For some reason, Nolen did not serve his entire sentence, then his sentence for possession of a controlled substance (separate from the one listed above) and assault and battery were suspended.

Whomever suspended his sentence should be suspended by a length of rope from over a platform....by their neck...

Unfortunately this means the company is going to get sued for hiring him in the first place.
Isn’t it obama who’se made it illegal to do a background check on prospective employees?
Isn’t he also the one thats pushed for companies to hire ex-cons?
Its illegal now to run a background check until you’ve already offered the position.
The government is going after some employers who make it a condition of employment.

So how is suspending the sentences of violent criminals working out?
I don’t know, but these days there is such pressure on employers to hire and retain people they wouldn’t normally. Otherwise they become vulnerable to actions by your federal government. Can’t have racism, ya know.
