It boggles the mind that the citizen disarmament types have been able to block national reciprocity for this long."VT, AK, AZ, WY and AR: Aren't they unrestricted-carry states? How might a national reciprocity system deal with prohibited persons from those five states? Otherwise I'm all in favor of the idea.
