It might seem like I'm picking on Australia but I'm not. Some of the new laws sound fine, like self defence or saving others. Laws I assumed every country already had. My problem is how some of the laws could be abused.

I think that these laws were passed to wipe out the muslims that want to destroy western culture and the freedoms that we enjoy. We better, as a nation take a long hard look in the mirror about our coddling these so called muslim communities in the USA.

Over here, POTUS would use these laws against the TEA party and various Christians.

Show me a law that can't be abused - when you have folks with no respect for the law, or any compunction to follow it, laws become meaningless except when it comes time for government entities to abuse the average Joe-citizen.
We’ll need a couple more 9-11’s, or worse, before the tech crowd realizes that while privacy is important, allowing Muslims to openly preach Jihad cannot be permitted.
