To which Glenny tenderly responded that he would “rather be Walt Disney than …. Rush Limbaugh.”

I concur Glenn.

(Walt Disney is dead, and has been for a number of years now.)

He was a good listen during his blackboard days leading up and through the election, but then it turned to religiosity (in a bad way) with his joining the Mormon church. That’s about when I turned him off and never really had an interest in listening after that point.

It’s too bad about Beck. He did so well with the “Restoring Honor” rally. Kinda steadily went south after that.

Has Beck responded or defended this attempted CNN partnership?

Remembering exactly when you switched Beck off because you had had enough is a moment many conservatives can easily call to mind.

Watch him some on Fox and thought he did some good work there. But since he left most of what I've heard from him was the series of game-changing, world-changing revelations he was to release that just never seemed to come about.

I turned on the radio last week and heard a couple of Glenn Beck. I listened for a little while to see if he still sucked as much as I thought, or if I was just imagining things.

He was very upset about that killer on death row who did not die instantly. He kept saying “if we have to have a death penalty, then let’s at least make sure we do it right! I’ve read the comments people have made on the Internet saying this man deserved to suffer in his death. If people really feel that way, I don’t think I want to live in America anymore!” (or something like that)

What’s most nauseating about him is that he speaks with the most passion and sincerity than almost anyone else I can think of, yet he is totally full of crap!

This is sort of like Benedict Arnold’s predicament when he returned to England. No one in England had any respect for Arnold when he returned from the war. They did not respect such traitors, even if they betrayed their own enemy to fight for them.

It was claimed by other American Generals that, “money was his god.” Glenn Beck’s behavior reflects the same idea.

For me it was the disgusting histrionics he spewed out when he was telling us he was going blind and crying over the terror of a life shrouded in permanent darkness.

For me it was when he posted a video of himself crying and acting suicidal over a hemorrhoid operation.

Heads up Freepers

Anyone claims conservatism and worships Martin King and all the Civil Rights acts from 50s to mid 70s and loves to point out moderate GOP like Everett Dirksen pushed those through over Dixiecrats and Bircher GOP

Is no conservative......

Look where our heroes stood in those days.

Beck is a lapsed Catholic with serious issues.

Just listen to him.....

In Mississippi....we’d say he’s a mite quore
