They are true believers in their god, who is the enemy of God.
This means they see evil as good, and good evil.

Wow - Mr. Dawes is SO far above the rest of us. He’s simply rises above the pettiness of recognizing evil as evil.
Golly gee. Do you think someday that even I can be as enlightened as you Mr. Dawes?

Maybe CNN should hire one of their spokes people...just for the ratings you understand.

When fighting monsters you need to call on real warriors who will do what must be done.

The media didn’t care when ISIS murdered thousands of Christians, but chop one reporter’s head off, and they panic.

Actually, for all you folks at CNN, the murder by decapitation of Mr. Foley was just a demonstration of Muslim “diversity”. Who are we Western Infidels to judge good or evil? That's, you know, like so judgmental, dude! Diversified people, such as we at CNN are, have no judgments about anyone or anything except: 1) conservatives and 2) anyone else that doesn't agree with our diversity beliefs.

Lol, very well put. Soon they’ll sell us that beheadings should be accepted as part of ‘multiculturalism’.

I guess that depends on your definition of the word Evil.
Most on the hard left don’t want to label anything as having a definite unambiguous quality. i.e. It’s not Rape-rape”.

I remember Rush once saying that the liberal mind cannot conceive of good and evil. They think in terms of right and wrong. Thus, if they’re for the “right” cause it doesn’t matter how they achieve it. ISIS is just trying to achieve their cause and this is an instant where one liberal cannot comprehend another’s action because of their thinking. But they certainly can’t call it evil.
Dare I say by definition above, all terrorists are liberals and liberals are terrorists. The only difference is the matter of degree.

‘the liberal mind cannot conceive of good and evil.’ — good & evil are very well defined in Zoroastrianism. In a way GWB Broadly summarized the concept in one sentence long ago ‘you’re either with us or against us’.

As a jihadi applies the knife to Mr. Dawes throat, Dawes can tell the jihadi that he "understands" him. The jihadi will immediately put down the knife, and he and Dawes will embrace in a mutual "hug of understanding" that will sweep the mideast.
Or maybe not. Maybe the jihadi will cut off Dawes's head and display it for the world to see the severed head of another deluded liberal who thought he could reason with evil.

I say that CNN should send their execs and news readers to Iraq to meet with the ISIS rapper who murdered the journalist.
Let’s see what happens... : )

"They are 7th century barbarians." ISIS or CNN?
Why should it be "either/or"?

"Why should it be "either/or"?"A valid point. It is perfectly believable that one is the propaganda arm of the other.
