The FBI, US Attorney General for the Eastern District of Missouri Richard G. Callahan and Acting Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Rights Division Molly Moran [official websites] on Friday released a statement [text] announcing the next steps in the federal civil rights investigation into the recent killing of Michael Brown in Missouri. The team plans to continue interviewing witnesses to conduct a thorough and complete investigation of the incident.
Following the shooting of Trayvon Martin, an unarmed black teenager, in Florida in 2012 the US has confronted the issue [JURIST report] of racial profiling by police units, and the recent killing of Brown has reinvigorated similar concerns. On Thursday the parents of Trayon Martin and a similar victim addressed racial discrimination [ACLU report] in the US before the United Nations. On Monday the US Attorney General announced [press release] a statement declaring the investigation of the Brown shooting will receive a "fulsome review." On Tuesday the FBI opened a probe [WSJ report] into the shooting. Also this week Human Rights Watch (HRW) and Amnesty International (AI) [advocacy websites] issued reports [JURIST report] alleging the use of police force and intimidation tactics to dispel largely nonviolent protestors following the shooting threatens constitutional freedoms. In late June the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) [advocacy website] published a report [JURIST report] arguing that increased militarization of police forces is putting citizens at risk rather than protecting them.

I guess the author wanted to evoke the “groovy” sixties or something, which I doubt she lived through.

The video below was taken in the IMMEDIATE aftermath of the shooting, and judging from the comments attributed to the uploader -although he was not a direct witness- he felt the video was affirmational toward Mike Brown and the anti-police narrative.
However, probably unknown -or at least unnoticed- in the background of the video you can hear an audio conversation of a male eye witness to the shooting itself describing what he saw to another curious male spectator. Again, the conversation of importance is in the background.
What the eye witness is describing immediately after the shooting is in direct alignment with a second party statement from a friend of Officer Darren Wilson.
Darren Wilson’s friend describes the event -as told to her by Wilson:
“Wilson pulled up ahead of them. And then he got a call-in that there was a strong-arm robbery. And, they gave a description. And, Wilson’s looking at them and they got something in their hands and it looks like it could be what, you know those cigars or whatever. So he goes in reverse back to them. Wilson tried to get out of his car. They slam his door shut violently. I think he said Michael did. And, then Wilson opened the car again. He tried to get out. He stands up.
And then Michael just bum-rushes him and shoves him back into his car. Punches him in the face and them Darren grabs for his gun. Michael grabbed for the gun. At one point he got the gun entirely turned against Wilson’s hip. And he shoves it away. And the gun goes off.
Well, then Michael takes off and gets to be about 35 feet away. And, Darren’s first protocol is to pursue. So, he stands up and yells, “Freeze!” Michael and his friend turn around. And Michael taunts him… And then all the sudden he just started bumrushing him. He just started coming at him full speed. And, so he just started shooting. And, he just kept coming. And, so he really thinks he was on something.”

Additionally, this eye witness account clarifies other issues and disputes the “shot in back narrative”. The police vehicle was positioned “screen view left” – Mike Brown’s body is positioned head toward police vehicle. This would also corroborate both the Officer (as told to his friend) and this witness account of what transpired.
So the FBI is the White Hut’s biotch just like the Missouri Highway Patrol is Missouri Governor Jedediah Nixon’s biotch!
Wonder if the missed shots were actually warning shots. Seems like that’d be unlikely.
