You all know patrol cars have radios and computers now days?
He stopped them because of the report of the robbery in his vicinity.

Stupid ass Big Mike got himself killed over a pack of Swisher Sweets so he and his possee could toke up just like Choomer Barry.

“And where was Al Jardine at the time?”

Food for thought and quite suspicious.

Why the hell did it take close to a WEEK to get those probably digital and easily retrieved security camera images out here??? Did someone WANT those riots and for what purpose??

The feds were all over that town like ugly on an ape within 24 hours and they knew everything the police knew.

I also found it odd that nobody knew the cops name with such a small police department. In my experience, even in big cities, people get to know who their cops are pretty quickly.

"Lots of cop-bashing FReepers deeply saddened by the release of this new info. Clowns." My term for them would not be so polite. One of them is attached and he/she will likely make some ridiculous comment about a dog.

Oh look! Its Dutch, the JBT Bootlicker! Here I am minding my own business on this beautiful Friday afternoon and you ping me out of the blue all because you got your panties in a wad over a few posts more than 3 weeks ago. Get a life man!

As someone who trains NRA Personal Protection
instructors, I have some concerns about 35 feet
of shell casings from the officer's gun.

Particularly if the first shell casing was in the cruiser.

Very poor tactics.

Why don't the Ferguson PD train and carry Tasers ?

The cop didn’t just “think” Brown and Johnson were involved in a crime, he KNEW they were. The timeline shows he got the call about the robbery so drove over there and within moments spotted the two thugs walking in the middle of the street a couple blocks from the store. Seems that oooh, ever so nice Brown boy had a habit of shoving people around.

The MSM do a real nasty job of reporting.

Second verse, same as the first. Mama’s little angel, hung out with the wrong crowd and was in the wrong place at the wrong time. Da’ poleez killed an innocent black male for lack of anything better to do than to pass the time. Parents have different last names. Witnesses come out of the woodwork to nail the cops. Rev Al and Bro’ Jesse want a taste of the gig. Network ratings skyrocket. For most of us, life will go on. The Great OZ has spoken.

If a subject is trying to get your gun from you while beating you in a tightly enclosed space, you don’t tase him. You shoot him.

I don’t know what you’re referring to about casings at 35 ft., perhaps you mean subject at 35 ft instead.

These poor poor folks. They thought that FINALLY, just maybe FINALLY one of their community had been treated unjustly by a white person.
They were so happy and excited about the Duke case but then we learned the stripper was lying.
Then with the shooting of Trayvon, another reason for joy and righteous anger. Again, a fizzle—Trayvon not so saintly, Zimmerman not so white.
So finally, could this Brown be the one to prove their cases of racial profiling and endless white violence towards blacks? Nope. Another false alarm.

Better luck next time guys.

This is crap and we as Conservatives should be really worried about this kind of thinking.

I was a prosecutor for 25 years. I don’t care WHAT the kid did before the cop confronted him. His hands were in the air. He was shot. He was murdered. My Office, based on the facts I see here, would have prosecuted the cop. I don’t care if it was Charles Manson who had his hands up. The cop committed a crime.

Be assured that if this type of police encounter is not prosecuted, the Police State will explode in scope and brutality.

You are 100% correct. All of this stuff about the robbery (and even about the initial contact with the cop) certainly makes Brown a less sympathetic person, but has absolutely nothing to do with whether the shooting was justified. If Brown was running away, if he was 30+ feet away, and certainly if his hands were up and he was surrendering, then there is no way to justify the shooting.

But why did they not disclose this information quickly?

I'll bet Holder's people caused confusion and harassment.

I really don’t care about shell casings, those are easily moved to support the police report. Presence of flash burns and where the entry wounds are is what is going to make this case.

The so-called witnesses are sketchy and nobody is going to convict a police officer on their word alone.

Yes they are. The President and Attorney General back up their story. The fact that young Dorian was also involved in the heist makes his story all the more credible in the 'hood, which of course extends north to Pennsylvania Avenue. Too bad Barry was asked to surrender his Bar license. He could have helped Crump in the sure-to-follow civil suits.

Well why didn’t Dorian Johnson’s lawyers say anything?

Another promising NFL career nipped in the bud. /S

When I saw the video, I thought that Brown was throwing his weight around the neighborhood. He probably told the little clerk to STFU and that he'd see him around. He didn't expect a police beef over what amounted to low level shoplifting.
