Hey! I admitted I was wrong when I made that bet to that guy if those youths that assaulted that girl were black or not. I even ended up paying $20 to FreeRepublic as penalty for losing the bet.
If they had anything putting the cop in a bad light, we would have seen it over and over again.
The cop supporters should hold a protest and chant:
“Where’s the cell phone video!”

Is it possible with all we know or think we know, that Officer Wilson could have called for backup rather than shooting Brown?
If the kid was running away then was deadly force really necessary since Brown had no weapon? Calling for backup to apprehend him might have been an option here. That kid wasn’t going very far anyway.
The heat of the moment is the real question here and just what happened.
There needs to be some sort of reconciliation of what the witnesses are saying, what the police are saying and exactly what the autopsy and forensic evidence shows.
Cooler heads need to be brought in and I think a Special State Prosecutor should be the one to so it.

The Police chief in a presser this afternoon said Wilson did not know that Brown was a suspect in the strong arm robbery of the store and only stopped him because he was walking down the middle if the street. This morning the Chief said Wilson was responding to the store robbery and had the description of the perp and that is why he stopped Brown.
This police chief needs to stay away from the pressers!!!

That will be the conclusion. Currently, ABC news at the top of the hour is pushing this:
“Police have released new evidence in the case which Brown’s family has characterized as a cover up. What matters now is whether Brown’s hands were in the air when he was shot.”

Name Is Known. Would you want your name released if it was you? Let's reach calm, please, and then review after calm is attained. There is tonight, tomorrow night and the next nights. No sense in giving out target information is my humble opinion. Truly hope the name is withheld till calm is reached and could be a ways from full calm. Tonight will be the first clue as to where the calm is or is not.
In any event with a mess like this a second independent autopsy would be a good idea.
