So you’re comparing someone who has had a (possibly spurious) call made about them to a CONVICTED felon? And if calls are made “regularly” against someone, why aren’t they arrested and convicted? And yes, I think that people released from jail and prison should get their rights back, including voting and the 2nd Amendment. If they don’t deserve these back, they are too dangerous to be allowed back into society. It has to be one or the other. You’re either rehabilitated 100% or you should remain incarcerated. Got that?

2DV is right on target again, regarding NYAmerican's wrong-headed nanny-state "concern" that convicted felons shouldn't be allowed to conceal carry. 2DV says: And yes, I think that people released from jail and prison should get their rights back, including voting and the 2nd Amendment. If they don’t deserve these back, they are too dangerous to be allowed back into society.

AMEN, 2ndDivisionVet!!! Right on, Brother Freeper!!!

NYAmerican, freedom requires responsibility, including the responsibility to leave others ALONE and mind your own business, whether it comes to domestic violence or felons who've served their time.
