If the CIA/State Dept/new world order/etc. had agents on FR, they'd be promoting Soros and US aid for revolutions and wars.
FR is one of the first stops one makes when trying to garner public support for US covert or overt involvment in war.
Soros is like a modern-day, eastern-european version of
Cecil Rhodes; of course, LOL, he would take that as a tremendous complement !
