My hubby is ex special forces. Every single time we fly we get pulled out of line for extra scrutiny when we check in.

Thanks for explaining what PDA means. Perhaps my generation did not have to worry about this nonsense. I took the quiz, and being a white, Anglo Saxon professional I am very privileged. They did not ask if I worked my ass off during my working life. It was and is a privilege to be a “maker” and not a “taker”.

I came up as not privileged, but I never felt privileged anyhow. I love good people and I love them no matter who they are.
Somehow I got to a page on that site with a link to the checklist.
The link showed a picture of a rich white man named Mitt Romney.
That tells you a lot before you even get to the list.

I scored 34 out of 100. Middle aged white Christian male. Several of the questions were SOOOOO stilted. Yes, I had a car in high school, but *I* bought it with money *I* had earned. My parents didn’t kick in one red cent to the purchase of it or anything other than necessities.
Straight vs Gay = Bad. ID as male or female and happy about it + bad. Financially solvent =bad. Financially independent = bad. Never been taped, molested, bullied = bad.

My father was violently persecuted, his life was threatened, and he lost his entire family for his "identity" at age seven! He grew up in a foster home in another country where they spoke a different language. Then he was taken to yet another country at age 16. Came here with nothing. Saw the kids going to college, said he wanted to do that. WORKED THREE JOBS ROUND THE CLOCK and got $ together for tuition. Did well in college, went to med school. Again, while working as many jobs as he could. Worked very hard in private practice and was phenomenally successful. Hellllloooooo. That is far more important about him than the part of his identity that other people wanted to kill him for.
The rest of us are their Servants.
