They will lose their homes at the first serious illness
because of ObamaCARE/RomneyCARE, and they will not even
get first class medicine (murdered by the DNC and Obama).

What a list. Except for “laborers”, which is only one of three jobs that make one category, not one of them creates anything that increases value.

I’m sure people making $35,000 pay next to nothing in taxes. Whatever happened to working hard, maybe having two jobs, all while striving to improve one’s lot in life?

If this is ALL workers, that includes millions just starting out. That means most people over thirty are making more. Plus, in a family both spouses usually work. And many people are invested in stocks and bonds.

I love the way the writer confabulates out and out abuse with poverty.

“And often, it is children that suffer the most...

A Texas couple kept their bruised, malnourished 5-year-old son in a diaper and locked in a closet of their Spring home, police said in a horrifying case of abuse.

The tiny, blond-haired boy was severely underweight, his shoulder blades, ribs and vertebrae showing through his skin, when officers found him late last week.

You can see some photos of that poor little boy right here.”

There are families in poverty, some not of their own making, and their children do have more difficulty with peer acceptance, hunger, and ability to learn. But this item has zip to do with that.

something/s big is/are missing in the report

the report lists the “top ten” “commonly held” jobs in the U.S.

and notes that 9 of those ten pay less than $35,000 a year

and says further than fully 59% of all working Americans earn less than $35,0000

however, with about 145 million Americans working, 59% of that would be 85+ million workers and yet the “top ten commonly held jobs” represent only 28+ million workers, of which 2.66 million DO earn more than $35,0000, which leaves 70% of that 85 million (59+ million) NOT earning $35,000 or more who are NOT in the “top ten commonly held jobs”, which does not say very much at all about just how “common” the top ten commonly held jobs are”

that means someone earning less than $35k is 2 and 1/2 times MORE LIKELY to NOT be working in one of the nine “commonly held jobs that earn less than $35k, than someone who is in one of those jobs

apparently today jobs held by a minority of people can be classified as a “commonly held job” only because its small number is larger than the similar small numbers in other categories of jobs very widely dispersed throughout the economy

its sort of like TV ratings, where a show is rated as the top rated show obtains that rating by getting a minority of EVERYONE watching in its time slot that is bigger than all the other minority sets of viewers spread over hundreds of shows (usually, far far more people - in total - are NOT watching any “top rated show” at any given time; more people are watching “something else”

well 70% of those earning less than $35K are NOT working in one of the nine “top commonly held jobs earning less than $35K; that 70% is working elsewhere

we should formally make the collective job category of ALL JOBS other than the “top nine” as THE MOST COMMON job category of those earning less than $35k

Bogus report. Why aren’t the over 3.3 million U.S. school teachers on this list? How much do they make?

Where are the other government workers?

Overall, an astounding 59 percent of all American workers bring home less than $35,000 a year in wages.

Sounds shocking until you realize the median household income is over $50,000. The median is the score at which 50% lie above and 50% lie below. So 50% of all households have incomes of $51,000 or more.

Notice how much more the RN makes than the others, its skilled labor.

But every time I suggest that to a young woman here they reply “I am not interested in doing that” and many waste their parents $$$ on useless educations that leave them with the other jobs on the list.

My Mom was an RN and my sister is one.

So everyone wants the democrat’s economic policies to keep going.
