Barack Hussein Obama, II has a second cousin (once removed) named Milton Wolf, M.D.
Dr. Wolf is a diagnostic radiologist in Kansas City, Kansas and he is the Tea Party endorsed challenger to Kansas Senator Pat Roberts in the 2014 Republican Primary.
Dr. Wolf has called his cousin “the worst president in American history.”
Under Hawaii Revised Statutes 338-18(b), Dr. Wolf qualifies as a relative who is able to receive a copy of Barack Hussein Obama II’s Certificate of Live Birth.
If Barack Obama’s real father was either Malcolm X or Frank Marshall Davis that would clarify that Obama is indeed a natural born citizen since Malcolm Little was born in Omaha, Nebraska and Frank Marshall Davis was born in Arkansas Ciry, Kansas. But that new information would definitely hurt Obama if he decided to run for a third term!
