I don't mind the marking to prevent fraud. What I mind is the socialism that led to a need to mark people to prevent fraud. Look at the purple fingers of voters in Iraq a few years ago - fraud has to be prevented to maintain any semblance of law and order.

Of course, I thought about the Bible “mark”, too. I used to think about what would bring about such a mark. Well, there it is and if you want food, you WILL have the mark or no food.

Then, there is you and me - we can go many months without having to get the mark - but we MUST get the mark or we will be noticed. Anyone without the mark would surely invite an investigation of why we don’t need the mark. I’m not sure what action to take about that. If I never left my house so no one saw me, they wouldn’t know I don’t have the mark. However, if for any reason, I had to go outside my house where others are, I would be pointed out. That is the time to wear long sleeves.

We will have to play that by ear when it happens and I do believe it will happen.

I was in TraderJoes the other day and there was a spanish speaking family that did not look like mexicans. They were looking at every item on each shelf like they had never seen food before.

Though like me you are a private person, but as things unfold we may and must adjust. As a Christian I refuse to even wear the mark as a ruse, but things will be come direr for those who refuse. A time is coming when believers must band together. Thought may have to go toward the considering that a Masada may be need so that a shared last stand can be made.
