I’ve been waiting for a Conservative ever since Reagan left. I kept hoping and hoping, and voting and voting (for the lesser of two evils).

I am DONE with the GOP, and have been for a while. Even if/when the GOP takes control of the Senate, or gains more seats in the House, nothing will change. You’ll have the same career politicians doing what they’ve done for the past 30 years. It’s all about power and reelection. They could give a rats ass about anything else.

I will vote 3rd party from now on. If that causes the GOP to collapse as a viable party, so be it. They are no different than the dems anymore. There certainly are few gonads between them.

Part me hopes for a revolution. We are way passed due for one. I figure that’s the best chance we have to restore our Constitution, even if it’s restored to fewer states.

Look...regardless of how we see it it’s what we got to work with until we change it....we’ve succeeded in doing so but it can’t be done in one swoop until we get more like Cruz and Lee “taking” the leadership away from those who are the ol guard leadership.

Cruz was successful in “leading”....the party was too stunned and afraid to get behind him....but Cruz and Lee got the media attention and he got WAshingtons attention....whoever runs HAS to be able to do just that.
