The Tea Party uprising has barely gotten started [Send a message to your reps NOW!]
Oct. 16, 2013 | Tom Hoefling

Congressmen and Senators,

At this critical juncture, on the cusp of what most conservatives now expect to be another massive sellout of the people and of principle, I would like to take this opportunity to point out a few crucial facts concerning political ownership of public policy.

FACT
If you AGAIN fund Obamacare, you own it.

FACT
If you AGAIN vote to fund Planned Parenthood, you own it.

FACT
If our Posterity is further burdened with crushing debts to which they could not possibly consent, and you AGAIN vote for it, you own it.

FACT
If any immoral and/or unconstitutional programs are still being funded, and you vote for it AGAIN, you own it.

This message is not only going out to you, it is being hammered home with the American people from sea to shining sea, on an increasingly widespread, effective basis.

There are now a multitude of us who are fully committed to retiring those who will not fulfill the sacred obligations of their oaths.

If you have been lulled into thinking that the "Tea Party" uprising against the political status quo is even close to being over, you are gravely mistaken. It has barely gotten started.

Again, thank you for your attention to this critically important political matter.

With all due respect,

Tom Hoefling

I sent this to a number of key Congressmen and Senators earlier.

Fire something off to them NOW. They have not yet voted as of this hour!

I put this in personal, but I would like to respectfully request that you upgrade it to something more prominent.

Last I heard, the Senate and House had not yet voted.

There is still a chance that personal messages from FReepers to their reps can make the difference.

Outstanding letter.

The problem is that the Tea Party reps in Washington did not quite inspire the people on a mass scale. They did not inspire as some were not pure in their belief and dedication to the conservative cause.

Pure conservatism will always win.

The media suffocated the message.

lol,

Tea partiers STILL HAVE NOT LEARNED. You are a VOICE IN THE WILDERNESS.

Now Class, Once Again: There is NO need for a third party. There is NO need to waste your damn time with phone calls, faxes and emails.

TEA PARTY, you just WASTED almost 4 years cause you DIDN’T know what you were doing. (To be fair, piecemeal, many locals did figure this out, they are the ones with the greatest success. They started locally. ALL POLITICS BEGIN AT YOUR COUNTY COURTHOUSE. PERIOD. EVEN THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES HAS TO GO [OR SEND PEOPLE] TO YOUR COURTHOUSE, TO RUN FOR ELECTION!)

PPSSSSTTTT! Forget the top, forget the middle, forget everything.

START AT THE EFFIN BOTTOM!

Remove and REPLACE those NICE OLD PEOPLE who stand at the front of the poll handing you literature on election day.

Remove and Replace the election judges. The poll watchers. The majority or minority poll workers. The COMMITTEE people.

THEY are the problem. Take them out, replace them with conservatives. It will take time, (had you started 4 years ago, you could have sewn up 2014) but it WILL filter up.

Those NICE OLD PEOPLE are the ones who elect municipal leaders, area leaders, and state committee people.

Sheesh, how many times does it need to be said.

Well, personally, I started about 25 years ago.

Any politician (or staffer) who recognizes you as a 3rd party candidate/voter won’t give a darn what you think. You already don’t vote for them or any opponent of theirs that has any chance of defeating them, so they’ll promptly ignore you. You’ve effectively removed yourself from the system and rendered yourself politically impotent.

Out of curiosity, considering you got less votes than Roseanne Barr this time around, do you still intend to persist with the vanity 3rd party presidential runs? When even the likes of Ron Paul and Lydon LaRouche realize 3rd party campaigns are a complete waste of time, I would think a smart fellow like yourself would eventually see the light.

John McCain on Fox now.

I F***** HATE THIS MAN!

Arizona, what the hell did the rest of the country do to deserve this scumbag? He’s a traitor to his country.
That’s right, Johnnny. You should have sang like a damn canary in Vietnam, since selling out is in your genes. Hurry up and die already, like corpsey Laut. We’d have all been better off if you were still in the Hanoi Hotel. Can we check you back in?

Just contacted Greta - Fox News that if she continues to have John McCain on her show, she will be minus one viewer!

Correct. Moving the Republican party to the right is a bottom up project, not top down.

That’s hard, often terribly boring local political stuff that most people just won’t do. Those older establishment, status quo folks are only too happy to do that stuff though - and that’s why it’s tough to change much.

Heck even the Paul brigades are 100 times more likely to turn out for a party/rally, than actually turn out for a primary vote or at the local GOP meeting.

I really wish the Tea Party would rise up but, I’m guessing we won’t hear anymore from the Tea Party. Guess now we know why the House & Senate aren’t pushing the IRS scandal — they want TP gone too :-(
