Sure, some miners will lose their jobs, but EVERY American will feel the impact in their monthly bills. And lots of energy-intensive industries will leave the US, causing huge job losses. We are SO screwed in so many ways.
Countries like india, china and the whole third world will not have to do squat with these rules, it is just a way to take America down a notch.
If the libs are right and we are running out of everything, all energy sources will be used, it’s just a matter of when.

Now the EPA can get cracking on fracking, which is absolutely essential to produce the only viable fuel remaining for electricity generation under the current regime.
