Get ready for the last straw.
First, though, I’d like to suggest that anyone reading this column in a local newspaper or news site pat the editor on the back for publishing what in our neo-medieval world of fear amounts to a “forbidden” column.
I am about to say something about the Great Barack Obama Identity/Eligibility Scandal again. This is an urgent topic that doesn’t see the light of day in certain so-called news outlets — and I say that from the experience of watching my own syndicated columns fail to appear when covering news of the White House press conference where the president’s long-form birth certificate was unveiled, courtroom proceedings on Obama’s ballot eligibility, and news of (Arizona) Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s investigators presenting evidence Obama’s online birth certificate is a forgery.
So be it. This was, as noted, the last straw.
I refer to something radio host Sean Hannity said on his show this week. He was speaking in rebuttal to a Democrat arguing that racism was a problem among conservatives. As evidence, the Democrat brought up the “birther issue” — the label used to encapsulate any topic related to Obama’s identity documents and constitutional eligibility.
Erroneously, it is a label that narrowly connotes, and derisively so, only the belief that President Obama wasn’t born in the United States. In fact, the whereabouts of Obama’s nativity is in no way the main bone of “birther” contention, despite the blinkered focus on it by the enforcers of silence.
Of far greater concern to me, for starters, is the purportedly original documentation President Obama belatedly provided the American people to attest to his identity.
I refer to the electronic image of a long-form 1961 Hawaiian birth certificate posted at the White House website. After studying various evidence and demonstrations...

I received a reply from my senator in the early weeks of the discussion saying “ the people knew the facts and still elected him, that is the end of it and the people have spoken”.

***It was an urgent topic in 2008. The SCOTUS put the kibosh on that, refusing to do their constitutional duty and as a result, we are no longer a republic. Now it’s a topic for history and the Obama legacy.

Including specific language necessary to modify the Constitution was a total waste of time.

It's hard to argue with people that haven't spent 1/100th of the time looking into this that I have. There is ZERO doubt in my mind that the founders meant the president to have to be born in the USA by TWO citizen parents.
The John Jay letter, Vattel’s “The Law of Nations”, Which WAS in English at the time! Which WAS in the very library where they were writing the constitution.
If you were not born in the lower 48 your NBC status may be in question. If you were born in a U.S. territory or possession your NBC status may be in question. Hawaii had funny laws, Alaska may have had as well both being new states. Territories and possessions have a myriad of laws and provisions about plain old citizenship let alone NBC status.
People just can't differentiate between “natural born citizen” and “native born citizen” and just plain old “citizen”. They THINK they understand it. Most don't.
Obama is definitely not a natural born citizen if his parents are who he says they were. Personally I think he was born in Kenya, but that doesn't really matter even if he was.
The constitution is dead. With justices ruling using precedent, foreign law, and their imaginations instead of original intent, we are finished as a country. We are too far gone to turn it around. The past election was our final chance, and only a chance, to turn it around. Now we are done. Just face it, we LOST! It is our own fault. We didn't fight hard enough. We went to a prize fight with both our hands tied behind our back. There an effeminate pussy who can't sink a basket, beat the crap out of us.
She says this is the biggest fraud in history. I can’t say it’s fraud when everyone knows it. Including every republican politician.
And motor-mouth Hannity sucks. I stopped listening when he started sounding like a broken record and never lets a caller get his or her point across.

Ann Coulter, Michelle Malkin, Sean Hannity, Bill O’Reilly, Glenn Beck, and many others supposedly “conservative” did nothing but attack and ridicule Obama Eligibility folks....providing no proof or evidence contrary. In fact, they all used Alinsky-like tactics against those who raised Obama Eligibility.
Michelle Malkin even attacked Joe Arpaio and his posse when they determined Obama submitted a fraudulent Hawaii Birth Certificate to the media and public in 2011. Quite frankly, Malkin can just go and ask for work at the White House....she might as well get paid by Obama for helping him
The conduct of the PhonyCon media on the Eligibility issue has been horrific. Not only they never offered any evidence that proved Obama was eligible (real birth certificate).....they ensured his victory in 2008 and 2012.
Only a fool thinks the Dems will not raise the Eligibility issue if Rubio, Jindal, or Cruz run in 2016.
Yesterday Carl Gallups had Mike Zullo on his Friday show and Mike stated unequivocally that he has uncontrovertable proof that the document is fraudulent. He was so certain, without stating why, that I'm guessing he may have the forger in his pocket. This matter is not going away.
Agreed! And what better justification does one need for this requirement other than the agenda of the current occupant?

That should make him unqualified. I understand Mark Levin disagrees. I respect Mark but have not been able to find his reasoning on this issue. Was he misled, as I was, when his parents were reported to be citizens (no date given originally).

During the first Obama presidential campaign, in August, 2008, Bill Clinton was asked if he thought Obama was qualified to be president. Clinton knew what was meant by the question but instead of commenting about Obama's character, experience, knowledge of foreign and domestic policy, and leadership abilities, etc., he offered this rather cryptic reply:
"The constitution sets qualification for the president. And then the people decide who they think would be the better president."
"The constitution sets qualification for the president."? That's his answer? Bill Clinton made this reference to the Constitution shortly after America's latest fad, the "community organizer" from Chicago, popped up out of nowhere and stole his wife's destiny by winning, in rather sleazy fashion (including the shameless playing of "the race card"), the Democrat party's nomination for President.
It has been my opinion since that time that the Clintons know something, and that it was they who quite deliberately fanned the flames of controversy over Obama's birth. Remember, it was a prominent campaign-fund bundler and Hillary Clinton supporter, Philadelphia lawyer Philip Berg, who launched *the first* Obama eligibility lawsuit. That lawsuit was filed in August of 2008, shortly after Bill Clinton made his curious reference to the Constitution when asked if he thought Obama was qualified to be President. Coincidental timing? Sure it was.
No, the Democrat "mainstream" newsrooms never vetted Obama. Why would they? Everything anybody wanted to know about Obama they could read in his two autobiographies. (shrug) What's to vet? Despite the forged documents, a white-washed personal history, and even old campaign literature that claims Obama was born in Kenya, the Democrat "mainstream" newsrooms are happy to go with whatever their president claims.

16. Lt. Zullo is working toward getting evidence before a DA or Attorney General.
17. This is an issue of National Security.
18. Other sheriffs are interested in the investigation.
19. If you or I proffered a forged birth certificate to gain access to a ballot and was elected to an office and received financial gain from that office that would be a felony offense and we would be indicted immediately.
