Not true. The "interpretation" of "the right of the people to keep and bear arms" is yet to be over. The limits of "the right" have not been "interpreted". Note that "the right of the people to vote" (Amendment IV), using the same phrasing, has limits.

Except for the “shall not be infringed” part.

No other Amendment has that wording.

BTW, the right to vote was the 26th, not the 4th Amendment.
