Washington State dropped all those who couldn't prove legal residence from Basic Health five years ago. I understand the situation in California is different.

Some do. But I invite you to my neighborhood to elucidate just what rules and laws are being broken by the many illegals (other than residency). It isn't at all obvious to me and I know several personally. Again, I am commenting on my neighborhood and the surrounding areas.

Sorry, under federal law, all hospitals in WA are obligated to provide free heath care to illegals.

Don’t believe me? Go to one of your ERs.

Also, about 20,000 undocumented children, in Washington, under the age 19 are covered through the Children’s Healthcare Program.
